Group Classes, Ensembles, and Workshops

Current CCSM students who wish to enroll in group classes, workshops, and/or ensembles, please fill out the following form.

*In order to register correctly, please use the information already connected to your student account. 

Make sure to refer to the current CCSM course catalog HERE for information about desired classes. 

Please note that a $20.00 deposit (per student entry) will be collected upon submission of this form.

 This $20.00 deposit, along with the additional cost of the registered class(es) will be added to the monthly tuition statement for the family account. All lessons/classes must be paid for in advance.
