NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION

 Group Classes, Ensembles, and Workshops

New students wishing to enroll in group classes, workshops, and/or ensembles, please fill out the following form.

*Make sure to refer to the current CCSM course catalog HERE for information about the desired class.

Please note that a $20.00 registration fee (per student entry) will be collected upon submission of this form along with a 3% credit card processing fee.

 This $20.00 deposit will be credited to your account and applied towards a one-time new student registration fee. Your credit card will be charged a second time for the total cost of the group class following review by office staff and confirmed enrollment. This will include an online processing convenience fee of 3%.
